本利用規約(以下「本規約」)は、iOS アプリ「Toki」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、ビジュアルタイマーおよびルーティン管理機能を提供します。すべてのデータは端末内に保存され、開発者はデータの保管・バックアップ・復元の義務を負いません。端末の変更・初期化・アプリの削除によりデータが失われる場合があります。
本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、再配布、改変、および法令に違反する態様での利用を禁止します。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じるいかなる損害(データ消失、逸失利益等)についても、法令で認められる最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。本アプリのタイマー・通知機能は端末の状態(省電力モード、通知設定等)により動作が制限される場合があります。医療・安全用途など、正確な時間管理が生命・財産に関わる用途には使用しないでください。
本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms govern your use of the iOS application "Toki" (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides visual timer and routine management features. All data is stored locally on your device; the developer has no obligation to store, back up, or restore your data.
Toki Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Reverse engineering, redistribution, or unlawful use of the App is prohibited.
The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App. Do not rely on the App where precise timing affects safety, health, or property.
These Terms may be updated; changes take effect when posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
