プライバシーポリシー

1. 基本方針

本ポリシーは、iOS / iPadOS 向けアプリケーション「アルカナスパイラル（ARCANA SPIRAL）」 （以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

本アプリは、完全にオフラインで動作するシングルプレイ専用ゲームです。 開発者は、本アプリを通じて利用者に関するいかなる情報も取得しません。

2. 収集しない情報

本アプリは、以下を含むあらゆる情報を収集しません。

• 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所などの連絡先情報
• アカウント情報、ログイン情報、ユーザーID
• 位置情報（GPS、おおよその位置を含む）
• 連絡先、写真、カメラ、マイク、カレンダー、ヘルスケア等の端末データ
• 広告識別子（IDFA）、ベンダー識別子（IDFV）、その他のトラッキング識別子
• デバイス識別子、IPアドレス、端末機種、OSバージョン等の技術情報
• プレイ履歴、操作ログ、アプリの利用状況などの分析データ
• クラッシュログ、診断情報（開発者への送信は行いません）
• 購入履歴の内容（Apple の管理下にあり、開発者は個人を特定できる形で取得しません）

3. 通信・外部送信について

本アプリは、外部サーバーとの通信を一切行いません。自社サーバー、解析基盤、 広告ネットワーク、SNS 連携、クラウドセーブ等の外部サービスを利用していません。 App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許諾ダイアログを表示しないのは、 追跡を一切行わないためです。

例外として、App内課金の処理は Apple の StoreKit を通じて Apple のサーバーと 直接やり取りされます。この通信は Apple が管理するものであり、開発者が その内容を取得・保存することはありません。詳細は Apple のプライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。

4. セーブデータの保存場所

ゲームの進行状況、デッキ構成、設定、実績などのセーブデータは、 すべてご利用の端末内のアプリ専用領域にのみ保存されます。 開発者はこれらのデータにアクセスできません。

本アプリを端末から削除すると、セーブデータも同時に削除され、復元することはできません （App内課金の購入権利は Apple Account に紐づくため、復元可能です）。 端末のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップ／暗号化されたローカルバックアップ）に セーブデータが含まれる場合がありますが、その取り扱いは Apple および 利用者ご自身の設定によります。

5. 第三者 SDK

本アプリは、広告 SDK、アナリティクス SDK、アトリビューション SDK、 ソーシャルログイン SDK 等、利用者情報を収集する第三者 SDK を組み込んでいません。

6. 児童のプライバシー

本アプリは対象年齢 12+ です。本アプリはいかなる年齢層からも個人情報を収集しないため、 児童から意図せず個人情報を取得することもありません。 なお、App内課金が存在するため、保護者の方は iOS の「スクリーンタイム」設定から App内課金を制限することを推奨します。

7. 利用者の権利

開発者は利用者に関する個人データを一切保有していないため、開示・訂正・削除・ 利用停止のご請求に応じるべきデータが存在しません。端末内のセーブデータは、 アプリ内の初期化機能または本アプリの削除により、利用者ご自身でいつでも消去できます。

8. 準拠する法令等

本アプリはデータを収集しないため、GDPR（EU 一般データ保護規則）、 CCPA/CPRA（カリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法）、日本の個人情報保護法における 「個人データの処理／販売／共有」を行いません。個人情報の第三者への販売・共有は 一切ありません。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容を変更する場合は、本ページを更新し、更新日を改訂します。 重要な変更がある場合は、アプリの更新情報等でお知らせします。

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how the iOS / iPadOS application ARCANA SPIRAL (the “App”) handles user information. The App is a fully offline, single-player game. The developer does not obtain any information about you through the App.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect any information, including but not limited to:

• Contact information such as name, email address, phone number, or postal address
• Account credentials, login information, or user IDs
• Location data (precise or coarse)
• Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, calendar, or health data
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA), vendor identifiers (IDFV), or any tracking identifiers
• Device identifiers, IP addresses, device model, or OS version
• Gameplay history, interaction logs, or any usage analytics
• Crash logs or diagnostics (none are transmitted to the developer)
• Purchase details in personally identifiable form (purchases are handled by Apple)

3. Network Communication

The App does not communicate with any external server. It uses no backend of its own, no analytics platform, no advertising network, no social integration, and no cloud save. No App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt is shown because no tracking occurs.

The sole exception is in-app purchasing, which is processed directly between your device and Apple via StoreKit. That communication is controlled by Apple; the developer neither receives nor stores its contents. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.

4. Where Save Data Lives

All save data — run progress, deck configuration, settings, and achievements — is stored exclusively in the App’s private storage area on your device. The developer cannot access it.

Deleting the App deletes your save data permanently and it cannot be recovered. (In-app purchase entitlements are tied to your Apple Account and can be restored.) Device backups (iCloud or encrypted local backups) may include save data; that behavior is governed by Apple and your own device settings.

5. Third-Party SDKs

The App embeds no third-party SDKs that collect user information — no advertising, analytics, attribution, or social login SDKs.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is rated 12+. Because the App collects no personal information from users of any age, it cannot inadvertently collect personal information from children. As the App offers in-app purchases, parents and guardians are encouraged to restrict in-app purchases via iOS Screen Time settings.

7. Your Rights

Because the developer holds no personal data about you, there is no data to disclose, correct, delete, or restrict upon request. You can erase local save data at any time using the in-app reset function or by deleting the App.

8. Legal Compliance

As the App collects no data, it does not process, sell, or share personal data under the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information. We never sell or share personal information with third parties.

9. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the “last updated” date. Material changes will also be noted in the App’s release notes.
