Spanish vocabulary and grammar app

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using this app (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
This app grants you a non-exclusive right to use it for personal purposes. Your use of this app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

This app is designed to support vocabulary and grammar study from Level 1 to Level 4. It does not guarantee that you will pass any exam.
You can keep using the following features at no charge:
• Study all 1,667 Level 1 words, with illustrated explanations
• Level 1 practice questions (410 questions, multiple choice with explanations) and listening (100 questions)
• Spanish grammar course, Parts 1–3 (21 chapters)
• Progress tracking, word lists, and search
Subscribing to the Pro plan unlocks Level 2–4 vocabulary (3,889 words), practice questions (1,502 questions) and listening questions (310 questions), plus Parts 4–8 of the grammar course (39 chapters).
Plans and pricing
• Annual plan: billed once a year (includes a 7-day free trial)
• Monthly plan: billed once a month
Prices are shown in your local currency in the app and on the App Store before you subscribe.
Auto-renewal
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it will automatically renew at the same price.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings → your Apple ID name at the top → Subscriptions. If you cancel, you can keep using the Pro plan until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Free trial
The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends, you'll be charged the annual price. If you purchase a subscription while time remains in your free trial, the remaining trial period will be forfeited.
Redemption codes (offer codes)
If you have a redemption code issued by the developer, you can enter it in the app under Settings → Redeem a code, or in the App Store app under Redeem Gift Card or Code, to use the Pro plan for the period set for that code. After the free period from the code ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular price. (If you don't want it to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before the free period ends.) Issuing and expiring codes are at the developer's discretion.
Refunds
Refunds after purchase are subject to Apple's policies. The developer cannot issue refunds directly.
Your learning data is stored only on your device. Data may be lost due to device failure, loss, a device change, deleting the app, or other causes, and the developer is not responsible for recovering any data.
We strive to keep the words, meanings, pronunciations, and other information in this app accurate, but we do not guarantee their completeness, accuracy, or usefulness.
Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or redistributing this app, or any other use that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals, is prohibited.
The developer accepts no liability whatsoever for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this app.
These Terms may be changed as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when they are displayed in the App.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
