These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the App and related services (the "Service") provided by the provider of the App (the "Provider," "we"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Application
These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users relating to the use of the Service.
2. Account
Use of certain features (AI coach, social features, etc.) requires signing in with Sign in with Apple.
You are responsible for managing your account, and we are not liable for unauthorized use by third parties.
3. Paid Plans (Subscriptions and In-App Purchases)
The App offers paid plans (auto-renewable subscriptions) that include features such as the AI coach. Example pricing: Monthly ¥780 / Yearly ¥7,800 (a free trial period may apply; the latest prices follow the App Store listing).
We may also offer consumable in-app purchases (e.g., an add-on pack for additional meal photo analyses, ¥250). Consumable items do not auto-renew.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. A subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions" on your device. Cancellation takes effect from the next renewal date; in principle, no refund is provided for the portion of a period already elapsed (refunds follow Apple's policy).
If a free trial applies, you will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
4. AI and Health Disclaimer
Suggestions and information regarding training and nutrition provided by the AI coach are general reference information and are not medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice.
You perform exercise and dietary actions at your own risk. If you have a pre-existing condition or concerns about your health, please consult a physician or other professional.
AI-generated content may contain errors. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.
The sleep tracking feature and recovery assessment (Coach plan) are estimates derived from sensor data such as Apple Watch, and do not replace measurements by medical devices or a physician's diagnosis. If you have any health concerns such as sleep apnea or arrhythmia, please consult a medical institution.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You shall not engage in:
Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Acts that infringe the rights of other users or third parties, defamation, or harassment
Posting obscene, discriminatory, abusive, or violent content, or other content that causes discomfort
Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, improperly circumventing rate limits, or interfering with the operation of the Service
Registering false information, impersonating others, or spamming
Submitting content to the AI coach that solicits medical practice, illegal activity, or self-harm/harm to others
Using the Service for commercial purposes without permission
Any other conduct that we deem inappropriate
6. User Content
Rights to the data you input or post (records, profile, chats, etc.) belong to you.
We may use such data to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service.
We may remove or suspend content or accounts that we determine violate these Terms, without prior notice.
7. Social Features and Content Moderation
Scope: "Social features" means features through which information is made public to other users, such as public profiles, usernames, display names, bios, leaderboards, following, and user search. When using them, you agree to comply with these Terms and this Article for any information you make public.
Pre-submission automated filter: We apply an automated filter to public content such as usernames, display names, and bios, and reject inappropriate content (obscene, discriminatory, abusive, violent, or harassing) before it is posted or stored.
Reporting: You can report another user or their content from that user's profile screen, via the in-app reporting flow (Profile → menu → "Report").
Blocking: You can block another user from that user's profile screen. Once blocked, you and the blocked user can no longer see each other's public information or leaderboard presence. You can unblock from "Data" tab → Account → "Blocked Users" within the app.
Response to reports: We review reports promptly (typically within 24–48 hours) and, where we determine content violates these Terms or our guidelines, take measures we deem appropriate, including warnings, removal of the relevant content, feature restrictions, or temporary or permanent account suspension.
No abuse: False reports, retaliatory reports, and abuse of the report/block features are prohibited. If confirmed, we may take the measures described above against the offending user as well.

8. Account Deletion
How to delete: You may delete your account at any time from within the App. The path is "Data" tab → Account → "Delete Account."
What is deleted: When you delete your account, your account information and associated data on our servers (public profile, username, display name, bio, social information such as follows/blocks, AI coach usage history, and training/meal and other data synced to the cloud) are deleted, and local data on the device is also erased.
Irreversibility: Account deletion cannot be undone. We cannot restore deleted data. Please export any data you need using the export feature before deleting.
Subscriptions must be canceled separately: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel auto-renewable subscriptions. To stop billing, cancel separately from "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions" on your device.
Limited retention: We may retain a minimal set of records, only for the period required by law, where necessary to comply with legal retention obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud and abuse. Complete erasure from backups may take some time.
9. Intellectual Property
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating to the App and the Service (including the program, screen design, UI, text, images, logos, and all other content) belong to us (Kaisei Ota) or the rightful owners. You may not reproduce, modify, reprint, or redistribute them without our prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties / Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is," and we do not warrant its fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or continuity.
We are not liable for damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.
Even where we are liable, our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
11. Changes or Termination of the Service
We may change the content of the Service or terminate its provision, with prior notice to users (or subsequent notice in urgent cases).
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as needed. If you use the Service after a revision, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute relating to the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's location shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
