Apps covered

You can delete your account in the app at any time (even if you never registered or signed in). If you have already removed the app, please make a request as described below.

Delete in the app

Android version (Google Play)

  1. If you have a subscription, cancel it first. Deleting your account does not stop the subscription automatically. You can cancel from “Manage or cancel subscription” in the app’s Settings, or in the Google Play app under your profile icon → “Payments & subscriptions” → “Subscriptions”.
  2. Open Settings in the app and tap “Delete Account”.
  3. On the confirmation screen (“Delete your account?”), tap “Delete”.

Deletion happens immediately, and the app then returns to the screen you saw when you first opened it. If the app cannot connect, “Couldn’t delete” is shown and nothing is deleted. Please try again with a good connection.

iPhone version (App Store)

  1. If you have a subscription, cancel it first. Deleting your account does not stop the subscription automatically. You can cancel from “Manage or cancel subscription” in the app’s Settings, or in the iPhone Settings app → your Apple account → “Subscriptions”.
  2. Open Settings in the app and tap “Delete Account”.
  3. On the confirmation screen (“Delete your account?”), tap “Delete”.
