We accept questions and requests that cannot be resolved within the App. We normally reply within 3 business days. When contacting us, please include the support ID if one is displayed in the App; if none is displayed, please describe your issue in as much detail as possible.

If You Want to Delete Photos

Registered photos of people, clothing images and generated results are stored only on your device. Because we do not store images on our server, you can delete them yourself at any time without sending us a deletion request.

If You Want to Delete Your Account and Data

Our server stores your remaining credits, subscribed plan and generation request records (which do not include images). In both the iPhone and Android versions, these can be deleted within the App: Settings → “Delete Account”. Your credits, plan and records on the server, and the photos and generated results on your device, are all deleted.

If you have already deleted the App, reinstall it on the same device and you can perform the operation above (if you had signed in with Apple or Google, sign in with the same account). If you cannot complete the procedure within the App, please contact us at the address above.

For detailed steps, what is deleted and what remains, and how to request deletion by email, see Deleting Your Account and Data (Android / iPhone).

Frequently Asked Questions

More answers about using the app, credits, purchases and cancellation, and privacy are in the FAQ (where steps differ between iPhone and Android, both answers are shown).

A generation failed. Were my credits deducted?

If no image was obtained, the credits consumed are automatically refunded in full. If your balance does not appear to have been restored, please reopen the home screen to reload your balance. If the issue persists, please contact us.

The message “We couldn’t generate an image from this photo” (この写真では生成できませんでした) is displayed

This message is displayed when the generative AI could not output an image. Generation is more likely to succeed if you retake the photo in a bright place, against an uncluttered background, with your whole body from head to toe in the frame. In this case, too, your credits have been refunded.

What happens to my credits if I change devices?

iPhone: Subscriptions can be restored on the new device with “Restore Purchases” on the plans screen, without signing in. To carry over your credits as well, tap “Sign in with Apple” in Settings on your old device and sign in with the same Apple Account on the new one.

Android: For subscriptions, tap “Restore Purchases” on the plans screen on your new device — no sign-in needed, as long as Google Play uses the same Google Account. If you reinstall on the same device, you pick up where you left off. To use your credits on a new device too, tap “Sign in with Google” in Settings on your old device, then sign in with the same Google Account on the new one.

Photos and generated results stored on your device are not carried over. Please register your photos again on the new device. Credits and plans also cannot be carried over between iPhone and Android.

I want to cancel my subscription

iPhone: You can cancel at any time from “Manage or cancel subscription” in the App’s Settings, or from the iPhone “Settings” app > your Apple account > “Subscriptions”.

Android: Cancel anytime from “Manage or cancel subscription” in the app’s Settings (or in the Google Play app under your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions).

We cannot carry out the cancellation procedure on your behalf. After cancellation, you can continue to use the Service until the end of the current period.

I would like a refund

iPhone: Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. Please submit your request through Apple’s “Report a Problem” page.

Android: Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google. Request one from your Google Play order history.
